  • 1 kg Baby Potatoes
  • 5 Tbsp. (75 ml) of Flora Gold
  • 1 Tsp. (5 ml) of Robertsons Paprika
  • 1 Tsp. (5 ml) of Robertsons Thyme
  • Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt

Variations: Try this recipe using large chunks of sweet potato.

Preparation (for 4 portions)

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Boil whole unpeeled potatoes until tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes then place them on a chopping board and give each potato a firm bash with a rolling pin to crack them.
  4. Place the cracked potatoes into a shallow roasting tray and dot with Flora Gold, Robertsons Paprika and Robertsons Thyme.
  5. Season with Robertsons Atlantic Sea Salt and Robertsons Black Pepper.
  6. Roast in the oven at 220C for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are crisp and golden brown.
