Flora Gold for spreading 2 slices multigrain bread 2 or 3 leaves of lettuce / rocket / coriander Thinly sliced Leftover turkey and stuffing Thin slices cheese of your choice (camembert or blue cheese) Thinly sliced mango, raspberries Cranberry sauce

Preparation

  1. So Spread Flora Gold on both bread slices.
  2. Break lettuce into large pieces; layer half on 1 slice of bread.
  3. Top with turkey, cheese, mango, raspberries and cranberry sauce remaining lettuce, and bread.
  4. Slice in half and serve.
