30 ml (2 tbsp.) Flora Regular
2 garlic cloves, chopped
250 ml (1 cup) cream
60 ml grated parmesan cheese
A handful of chives, chopped and baby leaves to serve
500 g asparagus
Preparation (for 6 portions)
for steamed asparagus with parmesan and garlic sauce
- Heat the Flora Regular in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add the cream and reduce until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat and melt in the parmesan cheese.
- Steam the asparagus for 5 minutes or until just tender.
- Serve the asparagus with parmesan sauce. Sprinkle with chopped chives, micro leaves and serve with extra lemon wedges.
