ROASTED GARLIC SESAME DIP WITH BABY VEG CRUDITÉ

1 whole garlic bulb 80g sesame seeds 70g peanut butter 50g Flora Original 2.5ml (1tsp) ground cumin 5ml (1 tsp) ground coriander 2.5ml (½ tsp) salt 30ml (2 tbsp.) lemon juice 60ml (¼ cup) water

Preparation (for 6 portion) for

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Wrap the garlic in foil and roast for 40 minutes or until tender. Remove from the oven and leave to cool down.
  3. Squeeze the garlic puree from the skins. Place the garlic, sesame seeds, peanut butter, Flora Original, cumin, coriander, salt, lemon juice and water in a food processor. Process until well combined.
  4. Serve the garlic and sesame dip with baby vegetables crudité’s.
