  • 150g omega 3 seed mix (equal quantities sunflower, sesame, pumpkin and linseeds)
  • 60g flaked almonds
  • 25g goji berries
  • 100g cranberries
  • 50g flaked coconut
  • 4cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup soft brown sugar or honey
  • 180ml Flora vegan

PREPARATION (FOR 8 PORTION)

for quick and easy granola

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Place all of the ingredients in an oven roasting tray, except the Flora vegan, and mix well.
  3. Melt the Flora vegan in the microwave, and pour evenly over the granola mix.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 8 – 10 minutes as the edges brown more.
  5. Allow to cool, then pack into an airtight jar.
  6. Serve with fruit and yoghurt or milk.
