  • 125ml Flora Gold
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 ml) freshly chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml) Robertsons Paprika
  • 4 Whole Mielies
  • Extra Flora gold

Variations: You can experiment with flavours by adding your favourite herb.


for flora golden braai mielies

  1. Mix the Flora Gold, coriander and Robertsons Paprika together. Return to the fridge to chill.
  2. Pull the skins of the mielies back. Rub the 4 mielies generously with the extra Flora Gold and then braai over medium to hot coals, turning frequently until cooked.
  3. Serve dollops of the aromatic Flora over the hot braaied mielies.
