  • 1tbsp vanilla essence
  • 2tsp honey
  • Flora Regular
  • mixed seeds like sunflower, linseeds, pumpkin seeds
  • desiccated coconut
  • dried apricots


for coconut and dried apricot energy balls

  1. Combine the whole almonds, vanilla essence, honey, Flora Regular, mixed seeds, 40g desiccated coconut and dried apricots in a food processor.
  2. Process until the mixture comes together. Roll the mixture into small bite size balls. Roll each ball in the remaining coconut.
