  • Flora Gold for spreading
  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • 2 or 3 leaves of lettuce / rocket / coriander
  • Thinly sliced Leftover turkey and stuffing
  • Thin slices cheese of your choice (camembert or blue cheese)
  • Thinly sliced mango, raspberries
  • Cranberry sauce

Preparation (for 1 portions)

for turkey sandwich

  1. So Spread Flora Gold on both bread slices.
  2. Break lettuce into large pieces; layer half on 1 slice of bread.
  3. Top with turkey, cheese, mango, raspberries and cranberry sauce remaining lettuce, and bread.
  4. Slice in half and serve.
