Rub the chickpeas dry with kitchen paper towel. Combine the chickpeas, linseed, sesame seed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, Dukkha spice, masala, Flora Regular and sea salt flakes together in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Flatten the chickpea mixture out on a baking tray. Roast in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
