  • 1 x 400g can chickpeas, drained
  • 50g linseed
  • 50g sesame seeds
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 30ml (2 tbsp.) Dukkha spice
  • 20ml (4 tsp) masala
  • 15ml (1 tbsp.) Flora Regular, melted
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) sea salt flakes

Preparation (for 4 portions)

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Rub the chickpeas dry with kitchen paper towel. Combine the chickpeas, linseed, sesame seed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, Dukkha spice, masala, Flora Regular and sea salt flakes together in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Flatten the chickpea mixture out on a baking tray. Roast in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
