  • 1 kg potatoes, chopped into large cubes
  • 4 Tbsp. Flora Gold
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 cloves of garlic, sliced thinly
  • 1 tsp. Robertsons dried oregano

Preparation (for 6 portions)

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients, coating the potatoes well in the Flora Gold, and place in roasting tray.
  3. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes, turn the potatoes and roast for a further 30–45 minutes until golden-brown. Check the potatoes regularly to make sure that there is enough moisture in the roasting tray, adding a little more Flora Gold if necessary.
  4. Serve with roast chicken or roast lamb.
