Although stress may not be directly linked to serious heart problems, some of the ways in which we cope with stress are.
Smoking, eating unhealthily and drinking too much alcohol are common ways of coping with stress. Unfortunately, all of these habits are very bad for your heart health and, in some cases, can lead to heart disease.
